I’m guessing this video was made around 1984 since that’s when this song was most popular. It’s from the album Break Out. I really do think it’s a great song. I’ve had it stuck in my head all day. The highlight of this video is definitely when the special effects kick in at 2:30.

This is from the 1996 Jeff Foxworthy album, Crank It Up. The song is awful of course. The video is noteworthy, however, for being directed by Weird Al Yankovic and featuring comedian Todd Glass and horror movie character actor Michael Berryman.

Revenge of the Nerds is honestly one of my favorite movies of all time. I was a nerdy kid growing up, and I’m still a nerd now, so I’ve always been able to relate to this film. Gilbert’s speech at the end still hits an emotional chord with me whenever I watch it.
