Teletubbies Are Even Creepier in Black and White

This black and white photo of The Teletubbies is pretty terrifying.

It reminds me of this equally nightmarish photo of Apache spirit dancers.

Others have noted the image is reminiscent of Joy Division’s music video for Atmosphere directed by Anton Corbijn. In response, Christopher G. Brown, a musician from Boston, edited together a new video for Atmosphere comprised of haunting black and white Teletubby footage. Watch it below.
