Rabid Grannies (originally Les Mémés Cannibales) is a 1988 Belgian horror film directed by Emmanuel Kervyn.
The plot revolves around a large family who gather for their two Grannies birthday in the country side. Unfortunately, one of their gifts happens to be from their devil-worshipping nephew, and upon opening it, the two loveable grannies turn into vicious, flesh-eating monsters who will not stop until they have loved each and every one of their relatives to death. – wiki
This scene is from the uncut Dutch version released by European Shock. Apparently this version has more gore scenes than the one released by Troma in the US.
The special effects in this film were created by Sébastien Fernandez who, according to IMDB, worked most recently as a digital artist for Prometheus (2012).
