In the mid-’90s Kevin Eastman, co-creator of TMNT, drew concept art for a fourth live-action Ninja Turtle movie tentatively titled TMNT: The Next Mutation. The film never happened, but we can now see the concept art which was recently put up for auction. Some of his character ideas included a fifth turtle named after Jack Kirby, Casey Jones with “electric hands”, an evil nsfw version of April O’Neil, and the return of Super Shredder obviously.
