Stephen King wrote a real life version of the children’s book “Charlie the Choo-Choo” from The Dark Tower series. It will be released on November 22, 2016 under the pseudonym Beryl Evans as it was in the books.
Engineer Bob has a secret: His train engine, Charlie the Choo-Choo, is aliveā¦and also his best friend. From celebrated author Beryl Evans and illustrator Ned Dameron comes a story about friendship, loyalty, and hard work.
From The Dark Tower wiki:
Charlie the Choo-Choo was a book purchased by Jake Chambers at The Manhattan Restaurant of the Mind. It tells the story of Charlie the Choo-Choo and Engineer Bob. In the book, Charlie is very friendly and dependable, yet Charlie’s smile is often described as being untrustworthy. Charlie bears many similarities to Blaine the Mono.
